I’ve been avoiding playing this table for a long time now, while I eagerly awaited this release. You are some top notch artists. Thank you so much guys! I’m gonna rock this table often!
I, of course, have to ask. Do you guys have another release in mind? If so, would you mind telling us what it is?

Hi there! Great Pup-pack! I did get it working properly and it goes great with the table! I was curious what I needed to do to get the 50’s tv screen overlay though. I’m sure whatever it is I’m looking right at it, but I need a little direction lol. Thanks for taking the time to put this together and share it with us!

I just grabbed the update and I cant shoot the ball. I tried my plunger and fire button. I see the ball drop into the lane, but can’t successfully launch it.
Thanks so much for this table! I was literally the last vp9 table I was waiting to upgrade. You are a machine!

Ok so I think I’ve got it mostly sorted.
I’ve gone into my nvidia control panel and adjusted my color settings to the nvidia settings on my desktop and made sure the monitors had the correct resolution and refresh rate. Correcting all that stuff enabled the flickering to stop and it plays nice and smooth now. So we got one issue down.
Here is where it’s still odd. I was mentioning how the color looked really washed out when I turned off the uhd mode on the monitor (which I had to do in the beginning to get it to play smooth). It’s almost like an intense light is shining and also some colors are really saturated looking.
When originally correcting everything, nothing actually changed graphically until after I played with the hue slider bar. When nothing happened after I made those settings changes, I started to fiddle with settings and when I touched the hue, I noticed a drastic difference in color quality. So I then tested a table. It looked beautiful so I backed the hue down and tested a couple times until it was right back at zero. Dont know why, but the screen still looks great! So I think I’m done. I play some games and enjoy the new rig. I decide to reboot it afterward. When I did that and loaded a table I got the same freaking washed out look that would only go away when I slide that hue forward and then back to and press apply. I dont know if I got something wrong, but I’m stumped.
Loafer, would it be much trouble to take some screen shots of your nvidia control panel settings that are pertinent to our discussion as well as your TV settings since we have the same model? I’m just curious as to what I may have selected different. It might be something I can deal with, but I’m positive this shouldn’t happen in an ideal scenario.
Thank you all for you help!

This is all new info to me. I’m relieved to hear you have the same monitor loafer. Because we have 2 tables (my buddy and I) and bought 2 TVs! I would feel like a real tool returning them both only to find out it will work.
I have a couple other questions I will type out later regarding this as well that I hope you might not mind answering. You guys rock! Is there a way to donate to the site? I’d be lost without the support!

I’m not sure. How do I go about doing that? Thanks for the response. I will be heartbroken if I cant figure this out because everything looks so damn clean now!

I forgot to mention my computer specs if it’s of any value:
Maximus formula x, i7 8086k, rog strix 1080, 16GB corsair ram
My setup plays perfectly on my HD monitor. It was only after going to 4k that I’ve had the issue.

Beautiful! It seems to be working now!
Thank you so much for the heads up on that thread. I would have never caught that. Great info to know!

Are you using mameuifx64 version 1.75.1 by chance? I’m having the same exact issues with getting the error (see attached pic) and my computer locking up. I need to reboot every time I try and fail. I’m using this script below and using this version of mame. What am I doing wrong?
START “” “[STARTDIR]Launch\VPXSTARTER.exe” “Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator” 2 2 10
c:
cd “c:\Mame”
START “” “[diremu]\mameuifx64.exe” “[GAMEFULLNAME]”I am lost! can somebody help me with this please? Am I supposed to do something with the game file in the game manager as well? I see something about needing to specify the TITLE in custom parameters but I don’t know what it means. I’ve only downloaded a few games to test out and they run on mameuifx64 alone, but I can’t get pinup to play them.

32assassin has a nice one over at VPU http://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/2796-simpsons-the-data-east/
I would guess Wildman does too.
I’m using this one so I can hide the grill. It a modified version of 32 assassin’s.

if you have a 3 screen cab (PF, BG, DMD) and you hide the grill the info bar should show in the dmd and I believe thats how 32A had it set up…
I can’t seem to hide the grill on that one. I did try, but I’m not sure it’s possible as it sits. At the risk of sounding shameless any chance of giving this one the no scoreboard treatment for those of us with 3rd screen ala the TMNT teaser you showed? Thank you for that one in advance btw! Me missing my TMNT cab is the reason I built this table.
