Does anyone have a playfield video and backglass video they are willing to share? I’m trying to set this up in my front end and can not find any online.
Thanks
Lane
Found the videos I needed. What a great table. The entire PinEvent library of tables is phenominal.
Thanks
Lane

Do you mind pointing to the download link for the Halloween wheel? I can not seem to find it. I see the display of two in the first page of the support topic but I am having trouble finding the actual file here or via Google. PinEvent and future pinball installed last night. Works great. Amazing.
Thanks,
Lane

March 2, 2021 at 9:24 am in reply to: PinEvent: DOF, MX, PUP, SSF, PUPDMD for Future Pinball #227032I’ve got to give TerryRed a big pat on the back. I have had my cabinet working so well with VPX and PinballX. I have PinUp working great. With the perfect balance between excitement and trouble free operation I was reluctant to install future pinball.
However, after seeing Darth Vader dancing in Terry’s video I couldn’t wait any longer. Using the install guide and helpful videos I installed everything in about two hours. I think I am only installing PinEvent tables as that makes it easier to configure the videos for me (just disable backglass in future pinball).
The Star Wars table is absolutely amazing and tops off my Star Wars themed cabinet! Thanks so much for developing PinEvent. It brings a lot of features to the table and really makes it nice not having to deal with DofLinx and Future DMD. I look forward to more PinEvent tables in the future. Now to find the proper wheels and figure out how to record future pinball playfield and backglass for PinballX presentation.
Thanks Again. Great work.

Your tables have been my favorites since I built my cab two years ago. They were ahead of their time in quality. Thanks for making them more accessible. This site is a great place to host them.

@bha19 I’ll PM you my script, will be easier
That fixed everything so thanks. Also 32assassin thanks for all your help. The new script I got does not have Inkochnito script in it so that is why I said that. Also the b2s server I have is from 2019 and can’t seem to find anything newer.
Just cut and paste your table name (from its VPX file) over the B2S file name. That way you are sure to get a proper match.

Is this for two screen users? I am using a 3 screen system with LCD DMD

AMH was my first Ultra DMD table. It made me jaded on Ultra DMD because the black and white AMH DMD looked lame to me. This color version really shows off Ultra DMD! What a great improvement. Thanks.

December 3, 2020 at 2:43 pm in reply to: Rolling Stones (Bally 1980) Complete Re-Build VPX Package #213323Great job with this table. Love the music! I had the EM version but this one is really really good.
The ball action seems too fast but that falls in the opinion department. Anyone else sensing that the ball has a built in afterburner?
Thank you for the table.

If you open table in pinup editor you can turn off individual components.

If the rocket kicker is spitting the ball back too fast to see you can change the following
line 10809. RocketKicker Kick 145,25
It still spits it back forcefully but now I can see it!

Hi again, I fixed the issue installing b2server..
I have two other problems, I am using the UltraDMD option, but I cannot see it in front (I am using only one screen and the play field is using all the space), and I can’t rotate it.
Could anyone help me?
Thanks in advance
This is a complicated table for single screen! But it’s probably doable. Do you have Ultra DMD configured to display where you desire? It is installed with the all in one installer but you still have to position it properly. You can drag it or adjust coordinates in config file in XDMD folder. Also ULTRA DMD requires a GOTG ULTRA folder to be place in c-visual pinball-tables. It’s in the download pack for GOTG.
If ULTRA DMD can be seen by using ALT/TAB then it is playing under playfield and you are having a focus issue. This could be caused by unnecessarily running in force full screen which would only allow the playfield to occupy the primary position on your monitor. Force full screen is found in the video options of VPX editor. I don’t use that option but some users report needing it I think sometimes this need is caused by users selection “use as administrator” for some of their plugins or VPX. I find it best to not select “use as administrator “ and not select “force full screen”. Nowadays the developers are coordinating much better to create plugins that play nicely with VPX.
I hope you get it working.

Great table. Ran good on first try. I’m using three screen with LCD DMD. Thanks for update. I’ve adjusted callback volume to equal music via script options and it’s more understandable.
With updated version and maybe original version I just noticed
1. Credits don’t show on DMD PUP. If I run two screen setup with ULTRA DMD I see credits on ULTRA DMD.
2. When I receive free game credits are not advanced. I always have to add coin to enable start.
These are very minor points. Adding coins is no big deal. Thanks for a beautiful table and perfect use of PUP technology!

Dang it Man! I’ve loved your music tables and now I find a work of art from you! A real Renaissance Man. Great job.
You might want to add B2S and music files to 1.02 or else newbies are going to scratch their heads on how to get this working and bombard the support thread.

Is anyone else getting balls stuck behind the jailhouse door located on the left side of the playfield? It hops up there behind the door and just spins.

man, this is a very FAST table. Challenging my twitch reflexes for sure….. LOL
I do have a strange issue that I don’t think is related to the table per say, but it may be. My cabinet’s start button will not start this table. I have to use the 1 key on the keyboard instead. The button works on all other 600 plus tables that I have in my system (I’m pretty sure this is the only MAC table though, so it may be an issue with the MAC script?), and I’ve confirmed in notepad that the button is typing the number 1. I’ve also deleted the table’s nvram file and let it recreate, but that didn’t help. Anyone with an idea as to what may be the issue? Thanks for any replies in advance.
EDIT – just downloaded NBA and it also does not start with the cabinet start button. But for NBA, the start button is adding credits (half at a time). So it’s something to do with the MAC tables it looks like.
I have the exact same thing happening for both games
Both 1.0 and 1.1 work fine on my cabinet in relation to the coin and start buttons. My start is mapped to “1” also and it is starting the game just fine. No keyboard use required.

I sure like your table. Thanks so much.
Two things happening when I play.
- There is very little randomness with the plunger shot. I get the skill shot 100 percent of the time.
- The upper right scoop works sometimes and at other times the ball just rolls right over it (in both directions).
Maybe I’m the only installation with these two idiosyncrasies.
Thanks again for your work.

I borrowed a TransClear setting from another table. It made the ramps pleasantly visible but doesn’t hide the table beneath the ramps. Probably not perfect but I think it gives the user a clearer idea of how the ramp shots play. Personal taste and in no way meant to imply that the table is not already perfect.
Thanks
Lane

It is a beautiful table and thanks so much for sharing your talents! I have been playing it this afternoon and then switched back to my old version and played it some. I like yours so much better except ….. the ramps are so translucent they are all but invisible on my cab. Is this by design or is it something I can adjust on my end to make them a little more visible?

Can I hear a hallelujah!
Sheltering in place while COVID is infecting my family so…..a lot of time on the virtual pin. I finally, I say finally got my PinupPlayer working! It has been a year of struggle. No fault of the software and the developers. All the fault on my end.
After original installation tables stuttered when videos were active and eventually PinupPlayer would just freeze up and only Task Manager could close it. Today I:
Replaced CPU. Replacing Ryzen 3 1200 with Ryzen 5 3600 Replaced GPU. Replacing NVIDIA GTX 1060 with GTR 2070
These changes got rid of the stutter but the videos still froze after about 30 seconds of a new table launch. So I surmised it must be a software issue since the above CPU/GPU were running like butter on my 4K setup. I reinstalled PinUp Player files using newest version. I reinstalled the four puppacks in my pupvideo folder since my pack editor settings had been monkeyed with during the troubleshooting. I still had issues so I increased my Windows security setting from zero and that move made it where Windows would ask me if a program had permission to alter system when i tried to open an exe. This led me to finding numerous pinball executables that were set to run as administrator. Also many were running in some compatibility mode be it Windows 8 or Vista. I got rid of the administrator privileges on the various files and unchecked the “run in compatibility mode” settings on various things. I also installed the special Pup B2S dll that forces PinupPlayer to close when asked.
Immediately I started seeing a more logical loading and shutting down of tables and PupPacks. Everything began to work as it should! The last few hours my wife and I played TRON, Munsters, TNA and Jaws. I am happy to report they all played smooth, videos ran great and PinballX played well with everyone. It’s a great feeling to conquer a complex puzzle.
Thanks to you guys for not throwing me off this forum as I have grappled with this problem the last year. And thanks to NailBuster for all he has done. I have watched one of his installation videos so much I think I could pick his gaming chair out in a lineup!

Now waiting to get my Mouser order and Oak Micro Plunger so I can build a Pinscape board and replace my aggravating plunger (randomly does a USB cycle) that came with the “other” board.

For you guys asking about DOF make sure you have latest version of table and then go to the online DOF configuration tool. Generate some new DOF configuration files and place them in your configuration folder within your Direct Output folder ie C/VisualPinball/DirectOutput/Configuration. I think it is five files that you replace.
I just did it and DOF works great. What a table!!!!
