Couldn’t afford addressable LED’s so I went with the sound reactive LED’s setup to react from my table sounds. Im sure not a fancy at addressable but it works or me.

Sure, give it some testers to work out the bugs.

Have you received an answer to this question? I’m getting the exact same error message.
Make sure your VPX is updated to 10.6 final. This was answered on the last page.

Yes, knowing how to play a table makes a HUGE difference in enjoyment.

Very nice! MAME cabs are great.. Here is the one I built while working from home a lot lately. I had an old desk taking up space in my garage that I used to build it. All of the components are in the top part so it can be movable if needed. The top is just sitting on the base. Though it weights about 50 lbs. The control panel lifts up just a bit so the front door can open to reveal the keyboard and mouse. With it being a PC, it runs about any PC games I want. My son uses it to play fortnite and minecraft also. I have it connected to a much larger TV on the wall so the displays are duplicated. So I guess its a multipurpose machine. Oh and my daughter painted the top bezel piece.

Gotta ask.. Do you have the rom for the tables in the roms folder?

As Thalamus and STAT wrote, the behavior with the twitching flipperbats is also in v1.22. If you hold up the flipperbats, they react, if a bonus is count or if the ball hits the bumpers.
Another problem I have a few times: If you shoot the targets two times down, they don’t come up, because of one target wasn’t considered (see picture).
If those two bugs are fixed, it’s a great table. Thanks.
Kiwi posted the fix for the drop targets over on vpforums.
Find the drop target lines and replace the first “hit” with “dropped”. I’ve done a little modding on this table so my script lines are a little different. but lines 186 through 192 ish should get you close.
Sub TargetS_Dropped:dtDrop.Hit 1:End Sub
Sub TargetH_Dropped:dtDrop.Hit 2:End Sub
Sub TargetO1_Dropped:dtDrop.Hit 3:End Sub
Sub TargetO2_Dropped:dtDrop.Hit 4:End Sub
Sub TargetT_Dropped:dtDrop.Hit 5:End Sub
Sub TargetE_Dropped:dtDrop.Hit 6:End Sub
Sub TargetR_Dropped:dtDrop.Hit 7:End SubYou need to login in order to like this post: click here
Thankss JBG,
Really glad to see this one get some love. I think I remember playing years ago and I have always liked this PF layout.
One thing I have always noticed is that the the scaling of the original PF image does not appear to be the correct length/width. You can tell this by looking at the inserts. I will bet someone could photoshop the current PF image and overlay it on El Dorado or Target Alpha (assuming they are to scale), align it with the inserts and other physical locators and provide you a true to scale image to work with. This will likely make the gameplay more accurate as well.
Thanks again for giving it some attention. :)
Yep, That is what I did. Took borgs target alpha and move all VPX elements to match. Copied some of them straight across. Also overlaid the play field images and pieced COG together the best I could so it would match up with the VPX elements that were copied from target alpha. So the VPX elements should be in the right place. I trust Dan’s placements. He is not one to skimp :)

Oh and you can pickup a cheap headset to use with your phone for $10 or less.

I tested it with a cardboard headset and my phone. It communicates with a program called Trinus cardboard. I used the free version, runs in 15 min increments. So once it times out you can just restart it. But it is great for testing. A bit of lag but it free. so… There are settings you can adjust to reduce lag a bit but it is still very interesting. I can only Imagine what it is like with a true VR setup.

New version coming soon. All playfield elements have been matched with one of it’s sister tables and are in the correct positions. Plastic images have been updated just a bit and playfield has been modified to match the correct position of the playfield elements. The playfield image is still not great but it works. Still by no means is this table easy to play – It’s a BIT**… :)

Yes it is. I may see if I can match it up with borgdog’s Targe Alpha just to maybe get Item placements correct. They are sister tables. Not sure how much work that will take but will see.
