Hey guys! I have a Maverick coming in within the next few weeks. @jlouloulou @32assassin @bord @goldchicco @cyberpez Let me know if you guys need anything from me. I really enjoy this machine and would love to see a stellar VPX release with your amazing work. Don’t worry, I have not forgotten about Police Force assets. They are coming… :D

@bord That other plan fell through but I actually just purchased a beautiful Police Force machine specifically to help you guys with assets to get this title pushed out in all its living glory. It will probably be 2-3 weeks before it arrives but please reach out to me for additional info. Thanks!

Thanks for the update 32A! I will start working on collecting assets today. The playfield is stripped at the moment so I can get photos of that and take some more once it is populated. I try my best to take high quality photos/scans and have helped obtain assets for some really awesome projects in the past. I’m always happy to help! ?

Hey just curious what is needed on Police Force. I am about to start restoration on one and have assets if anything is needed. Let me know!

Even if this never gets finished this is really cool! Thank you for sharing your original work from years ago. I had to laugh about Paul over at VPF not sharing assets because he was going to author the table. I’m sure it would be just as “amazing” as his v-pins. ? Thanks for all you do! ?

Hi Bassgeige. It is the only one missing. All other table backglasses work. The file names are the same for the backglass and the table file. I’m not sure if my scripting is off, but I copied/pasted it to the script just as instructed. Outside of that I’m a little lost. Thanks for any help! ?
Maybe it is a good idea to use any copy of any possible dB2S you like and if you rename it to your table name to see if you are able to see the backglass picture itself without an animation, we are sure that the dB2S display process itself is working.
Hi again. I had this new version of CV working with an old DB2S from 2013 but when I switched over to yours I could never get it working. So the B2S function works, but something within your version is not allowing to to display properly. I have a feeeling I did something wrong but I can’t see what that might be. Any chance you can send me the entire script fkr CV through PM so I can try copy/pasting? Thanks!

Does anyone know why I might be getting a missing backglass despite updating the script as instructed? I tried both the night and day versions for Knorr’s table and updated the script(I tried updating the script in the exact location instructed and switched it to the end of the script as well). I also tried turning off Ddraw. No matter what I am not getting a backglass. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If someone could send me their updated script that is tested and working I can compare it to mine and see if the script is the issue or something else. Thanks guys!

There is absolutely no stutter for me at 4k 120 hz. It’s probably an underpowered system causing it to stutter. We’re rapidly approaching the point of no return. Get ready for system upgrades!

I’m always a sucker for the best sound and now finally a new flagship in EM sound! Thanks for all your hard work. I’m looking forward to trying this out and implementing it into more classic EMs! ?

I say if you have the assets and a clear rule set you definitely should! While there may be different games out there that are “better” this is still a really cool offering and it would be nice to see your new work added to the catalog. Whatever you decide thanks for your hard work. It’s greatly appreciated!

Thanks Thalamus! From the news I just heard I understand it might be ready a heck of a lot sooner than we all thought!

March 23, 2019 at 12:17 pm in reply to: Funhouse (Williams 1990) 2 & 3 screens directb2s b2s db2s #119373Blacksad, I played this TAF last night and its backglass NEVER disappoints. The lights behind the translight flicker very slowly which makes it feel like it’s moving and alive. It’s a very cool machine and I’ve never seen another like it! Just throwing out some ideas to potentially make this B2S one of a kind! ?

March 22, 2019 at 3:42 pm in reply to: Funhouse (Williams 1990) 2 & 3 screens directb2s b2s db2s #119260That escalated quickly! How cool! You guys are the best(even if it never gets made). It’s the thought that counts, right?
On a side note, the TAF altsound remaster is done but we are waiting for it to work properly with Vpinmame. Bambi is working his witchcraft on it currently. It’s in great hands! Once this rolls out I am planning another audio remaster. I’m not sure of the next title though!
I am loading up Funhouse to check out this beauty!

I keep hoping that you do an Addams Family B2S translite someday! Maybe if/when my altsound remaster ever comes out. ?

So bad news. The screws on a lot of the posts are stripped and I can’t get the plastics off. ?
