Cool game, gave it a few spins, got this error twice:
Script error:Â Line 235
Variable is undefined: “Incrementarjackot”
And yes, not a type, says incrementarjackot.
Any help?

I’m reading these comments and I’m starting to believe there is a almost completed WIP somewhere? Is that true?

I had all 3 of these PinEvent Tables working, then with this update, I was able to pretty seamlessly upgrade, other 2 tables are working great, Halloween has got serious lag/skipping.
In VPX for a few PuP-Pack tables i “shrunk” the pup-packs, and that fixed those, tried it on this, no luck. I disabled the Apron screens thinking it would save some processing, still no luck.
Any pointers?

April 15, 2020 at 10:30 am in reply to: PinEvent: DOF, MX, PUP, SSF, PUPDMD for Future Pinball #173178Just chiming back in to say that I did have things working correctly after the first try, I just didn’t realize it at the time.
However, the music on both Halloween and Retroflair are crazy loud. I went into the pup-pack editor and turned the music down to 70% and then 50% with what i perceive to be no change. Am I missing something on how to turn down the volume of the music on those tables?

April 13, 2020 at 11:17 pm in reply to: PinEvent: DOF, MX, PUP, SSF, PUPDMD for Future Pinball #172808Cabinet, 3 screens, lcd DMD, and I don’t aim for this to be anyone’s problem but my own until I for real can’t get it going.
one thing I’ll say is my back glass is not 16:9 and your directions do say that, so I did adjust it just to see if that was really the issue (it wasn’t), but that leads to a slew of other needs and questions…but as always, your help is appreciated
Halloween doesnt have as many videos on the BG compared to say Jaws which has lots of videos. Watch my demo video so you can see when the videos do show. Normally not until you enter a mode or Save a Teen.
Retroflair doesnt trigger any Backglass videos at all…it’s just the normal BG background video…and doesnt change. It only triggers PUPDMD videos.
Well then maybe I do have everything up and running. Â I thought I saw backglass videos on your promo video for retro flair, going to have to watch that again.
Thanks again!

April 13, 2020 at 10:48 pm in reply to: PinEvent: DOF, MX, PUP, SSF, PUPDMD for Future Pinball #172803So, for what it’s worth, I continued on after the c++ confusion (skipped it to be honest), and things seem to be running mostly.
I say mostly because while I’m getting at least some videos to trigger on Halloween, I don’t think it’s all of them, and I’m not getting any on RetroFlair.
Overall, though, even without the videos, gameplay, SSF, looks, etc… on Halloween are amazing.  So, I’ll spend some time tomorrow or layer in the week going back over to see if I missed something.
thanks for the cool idea, as I’ll say again that FP May lead to the future of Stern Spike Tables being emulated in our virtual pinball world, so I’m glad more progression is being made.

April 13, 2020 at 3:31 pm in reply to: PinEvent: DOF, MX, PUP, SSF, PUPDMD for Future Pinball #172762I DO have FP/BAM working correctly, as well as PuP (with VPX tables) also correctly. So maybe i’ll give it a shot without the C++ update and see what happens.

April 13, 2020 at 2:24 pm in reply to: PinEvent: DOF, MX, PUP, SSF, PUPDMD for Future Pinball #172753This looks very daunting, but I decided to give it a shot…
I can’t even get the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 to properly install…

I played this game for the first time a few months ago at a spot in the Chicago suburbs (about 2 hours from my house). I’m there for work on a pretty consistent basis, I have no idea if I’d be able to contribute anything, but I’d be willing to if you can think of anything.
I know the word “scans” get used, but would pics with the glass off help/work? Not that I can guarantee that, but i’d be willing to ask for sure.

I also am not getting a DMD to show up. Previous version of this table worked fine, so I opened that just to make sure…and it’s not working. I’m going to update to latest sambuild and such to see if that takes care of it.
*edit* I had to erase the registry/history and reinstall the nvramm, reset ddraw to 0. No idea why that happened, but maybe someone else will read this and have a fix if they face it.

So i need to get rid of that file in my tables folder, if it’s in there? I’ve never had this problem before, and right now, it’s only class of 1812 (that I know of).
I’ll take a look and report back here after I make the changes.

Thanks for the replies.
Errors are:
VPMflips error:Â Variable is undefined
Then if i click OK, i get –
UseSolenoids = 2 error !
GameOnSolenoid not defined!
System may be incompatible (Check the compatibility list) or your system scripts may be out of date
Everything is up to date, latest SamBuild, DOFlinx, etc…

So…getting an error with Class of 1812. Just showed up, though it’s not a game I play often, so it’s not like I’d know every update that there is an issue.
Anyway, I rechecked this thread, downloaded the new script, put it in, still the same error. Any guidance?

I never know if this truly helps, but since I have nothing to offer other than support, I just want to thank you in advance for your hard work on this conversion. If I’m not mistaken, it’s essentially just Indiana Jones with a reskin, but I still like the FP version of this game (obviously due to the Goonies theme).
So…keep at it, I look forward to seeing the finished version!

I’ve been hoping/asking/pushing for this one since I started the hobby 2 years ago. Very excited to give it a try this evening. Thank you!

Thanks for all the work you do on all these tables 32assassin!!
It is appreciated!!!
This community is lucky to have you!!
These damn tables dont just appear out of thin air!!
Alot of work and time goes into them!!
So a huge thanks to you, for sacrificing your personal time, and always working to make this community happy with all these great table releases!!
Carry on.
I’m always guilty of this, I’ll make a “this needs to be fixed” type post, but don’t preface it with gratitude for tacking things in the first place, and then I immediately feel bad.
Any and all tables are appreciated, I always hope my criticism or observations are taken with that in mind in the first place. I have absolutely no skills, I barely have things running, and of the adjustments and changes I’ve made to get things going, I doubt for half of them I could go back and do them again, in fact, I know I couldn’t.
So, again, any and all table developers that read this, thank you! And if I comment on an issue, it’s with respect and in the hopes we can all make the tables play as best as possible!

I’m not that familiar with this table, but the constantly rotating flipper is the water works flipper?
if so, if I get the ball behind it, it stays back there mostly. Â Every time I get it stuck, I grab my phone for video and it frees itself.
If that flipper is spinning counterclockwise it goes right through the ball.  If it’s spinning clockwise, it will wiggle the ball a bit, and sometimes enough to free it.
Here’s a pic of the area, if I can make it happen again, I’ll try and get video.
